Terms of Service
Last updated August 19, 2026.
These terms govern access to and use of the Strata platform ("Service") by registered accounts ("you," "your account"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Strata provides an API and dashboard for aggregating third-party game providers, launching game sessions, processing wallet callbacks, and managing player-facing campaigns on behalf of your own gaming platform. You are responsible for your own platform's compliance with applicable gambling laws and licensing requirements in every jurisdiction you operate in — Strata is infrastructure, not a licensed gambling operator, and does not take on your regulatory obligations.
2. Accounts and API access
You're responsible for safeguarding your API keys and any credentials issued to your account, and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us promptly if you believe a key has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or play by underage or self-excluded individuals, or in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.
4. Fees and billing
Fees are as agreed with your account plan. Accounts with an overdue or inactive billing status may have API access restricted until resolved.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but the Service depends in part on third-party game providers outside our control, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. See status for current operational information.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship per the terms of your account agreement. We may suspend access immediately for violations of section 3.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent via the contact page.
